Construction of Toilet blocks in Govt. Senior Secondary Boys School Dharamshala

Broad Scope of Work The scope of work included in the project Construction of Toilet blocks in Govt. Senior Secondary Boys School Dharamshala can be summarized as follows. Existing toilets in boy’s school are in a dilapidated and unhygienic state, as mentioned earlier boy’s school act as a hub for accommodating inter school, state and interstate players, thus it is very necessary to propose modern conventional toilets and bathrooms. To maintain the privacy separate toilet blocks are proposed for Male and Female. The broad scope of work include development of Toilet block at boy’s school making as per the drawings.  Proposed space for restroom/toilet Block – Female A toilet block of 63 sqm having length 11.65 meters and Width 5.40 meters is proposed having 6 W.C, 8 Bath including one for staff and 1 WC for specially abled.  Proposed space for restroom/toilet Block – Male A toilet Block of 70 sqm having Length 13 meters and width 5.40 meters is proposed having 6 WC, 8 Bath including one for staff, 1WC for specially abled and 4 urinals.  Plum Concrete 1.4.8 and RR masonry Plum Concrete Retaining wall is proposed for the protection of the existing playground The required soil investigation tests shall be conducted prior to the commencement of construction works.
